Dentsu Creative India has won Lotte India's creative mandate following a multi-agency pitch and will handle integrated campaigns across the confectionery company's key brands.

Dentsu Creative India Bags Lotte India Creative Mandate

Dentsu Creative India has secured the creative mandate for Lotte India following a multi-agency pitch. The account has been assigned to the agency’s Chennai office, which has taken responsibility for managing the partnership.

The agency has been entrusted with brand strategy, creative development and integrated campaigns across Lotte India’s portfolio, including Choco Pie, PEPERO, and the Joee & Toffee range comprising Coffy Bite, Eclairs, Coconut Punch, Lacto King, Caramilk, Chewits, Lolly Bliss, Lotte Juicies and Joee. The partnership has begun with a campaign for PEPERO, the Korean snack brand, in India.

The collaboration has aimed to strengthen Lotte India’s brand portfolio while creating new consumer experiences for evolving snack consumers. As interest in Korean culture has continued to influence consumer preferences across entertainment, beauty, food and lifestyle, Lotte India has introduced PEPERO to Indian consumers seeking global flavours and cultural experiences.

Lotte India has continued to maintain its presence in the confectionery category through brands including Coffy Bite, Lotte Eclairs, Caramilk and Choco Pie.

Rachna Anbumani, VP (Head of Marketing), Lotte India, said, “Gearing up for a new PEPERO campaign, Lotte India was on the lookout for a strategic and creative partner who could understand our brand ethos and portfolio.
