Deepali Naair has stepped down from her position as Group Chief Marketing Officer at CK Birla Group, concluding a tenure of nearly two and a half years. She joined the Group in February 2023, and was responsible for marketing, brand and digital transformation across key businesses including Birlasoft, Orient Electric, National Engineering Industries (NEI), and CK Birla Healthcare.
In a post on LinkedIn, she reflected on her time at the Group, saying, “After two and a half years, I step back from CK Birla Group and am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to a group with such rich legacy and values. It was a privilege to work alongside leaders across our businesses and to build unified, digital-first brands.”
Before joining CK Birla Group, Naair served as Director– Digital Sales, India at IBM from May 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Mahindra Holidays from 2015 to 2018, and held the position of CMO at L&T Financial Services between 2012 and 2015. She has also worked at HSBC, Tata Motors and BPL Mobile in various marketing roles earlier in her career.
Her next move has not been disclosed.
