What an idea sirji!
The Chandigarh Traffic Police recently came up with an innovative and interesting idea to raise awareness about the traffic rules and regulations and is now being showered with much deserved praise and love on social media.
In the video that went viral, a traffic policeman from the Chandigarh police can be seen singing a twisted version of the Daler Mehndi famous song “Bolo Tararara”. The lyrics of the song talk about the repercussions of parking at the wrong place.
The cop can be heard singing, “Traffic police teri car chukk lai gai, traffic police teri car chukk lai gai, chori hogi, chori ho gayi sochti reh gayi, bolo tara rara. Gaddi nu crane lai gai, bolo tara rara”.
Not only did the singer Daler Mehndi praise the Chandigarh police for their idea but also thanked them for using his jingle for the cause.
I am glad that my music is used by Traffic police to inspire people to follow rules.
Happiness Means Daler Mehndi
