Mental health has undoubtedly been one of the least talked about problems that our society has been facing for decades. People have been struggling alone all their lives without discussing it out loud. This is because the issue of mental health has majorly been a taboo so to say.
Indian society has widely regarded the issue of mental health like anxiety and depression as non-existent. It has been difficult for people to talk to their closest kin about what’s been troubling them let alone seek help from a professional.
However, in the past couple of years, individuals as well as many organizations have come forward and have been doing their best to educate the people about the subject.
In fact, celebrities like Deepika Padukone have come forward and talked about their personal struggles and how they fought their way through difficult times.
The world recently celebrated World Mental Health Day on 10 Oct’22. To spread the word, there were many brands that rolled out some of the most creative campaigns.
