Anupriya Acharya has tendered her resignation from the position of Independent Director of DB Corp with effect from the closure of business hours of May 15, 2025.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that Acharya, who serves as the South Asia CEO of Publicis Groupe, has decided to move on due to preoccupation and other professional commitments.
The company stated that Acharya has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned above.
“Consequently, she will also cease to be the chairperson/member of the Committees of the Board, in which she is the chairperson/member, as the case may be,” it added.
