Anubha Upadhyay, who had recently put an end to her decade long stint at Google, has now joined Teleperformance, the French multinational Business Process Outsourcing company, as its new Vice President- Go-to-Market Solutions for APAC region.
In her new role, she will focus on driving growth across the APAC region by delivering comprehensive go-to-market strategies while working closely with Sammy Elazab, Patrick David, Daniel Dua, Yolanda Du, and the rest of the Teleperformance team, to innovate and drive impactful solutions.
“Leading initiatives across sales enablement, customer acquisition, and loyalty programs, I’ll leverage data-driven insights and digital solutions to optimize business performance and create high-impact, tech-enabled strategies,” she elaborated.
Upadhyay announced the move via a post on LinkedIn. In the same, she mentioned, “2024 has been a year of transformation, as I set out to explore new challenges and opportunities. What started with casual coffee chats soon evolved into something more meaningful. I discovered a deep passion for problem-solving and operational excellence, reigniting my excitement for the future.”
“This journey eventually led me to meeting Assaf Tarnopolsky and Dave Rizzo, and what began as a coffee chat quickly turned into interviews, ultimately bringing me to Teleperformance as Vice President of Go-to-Market Solutions. I’m thrilled to join this dynamic company, where I’ll work with an amazing team to shape our business in APAC by developing go-to-market strategies and helping our customer brands achieve their goals,” she added.
Furthermore, Upadhyay also pointed out that what excites her the most about Teleperformance is the company’s focus on innovation and operational excellence, which helps clients achieve exceptional outcomes in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Prior to joining Teleperformance, she was associated with Google for more than a decade. She joined the tech major as Product Marketing Manager- Google Partners in July 2013 and climbed up the corporate ladder to serve the role of Regional Sr. Product Marketing Manager- Google Ads for about a year, starting December 2023.
Prior to that, she was associated with Quidco as Acquisition Marketing Specialist for a period of six months between January 2013 and June 2013; with Stellar Information Systems as Marketing Lead International Business from November 2009 to September 2012 and with TNT Express as Marketing Assistant Manager from July 2008 to October 2009.
