Flipkart Ads has appointed Anand Ajantiwale as Senior Director, bringing onboard an industry executive with extensive experience across digital advertising, media partnerships and ad sales. He announced the appointment via an enthusiastic LinkedIn post.
Prior to joining Flipkart Ads, Ajantiwale was associated with Amazon in multiple leadership roles over nearly ten years. Most recently, he served as Head – Customer Success, Media (Video) and Non-Endemic Advertising from May 2025 to December 2025.
Before that, he was Lead – Video Ads & Agency Partnerships at Amazon Ads from January 2021 to May 2025. He initially joined Amazon in January 2016 in Business Development – Ad Sales, a position he held until January 2021.
Earlier in his career, Ajantiwale worked with Yahoo as Group Manager – Sales & Agency Relationship from September 2013 to January 2016.
He also spent over three years at Komli Media across multiple sales functions. His roles included Sales Manager – West & South from April 2013 to September 2013, Sales Manager – Key Accounts from April 2012 to March 2013, and Assistant Manager – Brand Sales from June 2010 to March 2012.
Ajantiwale has additionally worked with Godrej Consumer Products, Info Edge and Intellvisions Software during the earlier phase of his career.
