Having Co-founded Taproot (now part of Dentsu Creative) in 2009 alongside Santosh Padhi and building it to be one of the most celebrated and fastest growing creative agencies in India at the time and stepping out of it wholly in 2021 after a decade of the same being acquired by Dentsu, Agnello Dias has once again donned the hat of Co-founder for Spinach Experience Design.
Only this time around, he has come on board at the UI UX product design and development company as the Co-founder and Director- Growth, Strategy and Customer Experience.
Dias began his advertising career in 1989 and over time worked with various local and international agencies including Dart, Interpublicity, Lowe, Leo Burnett and JWT India before going independent with Taproot.
Announcing the development, Eshani Kumbhani, Co-founder and Director of UX, Spinach Experience Design mentioned, “Nurturing a company from 0 to 1 is an immeasurable path. Taking it beyond, is a dream. Not when you have a wing-man named Agnello Dias. It gives me immense pride to announce that Aggi is now Co-Founder of Spinach Experience Design.”
“With over 30 years of creative excellence, strategy and leadership, Aggi dons the role of Director – Growth, Strategy and Customer Experience at Spinach. In the past year Aggi has led the transformation of the company from a service led mindset to an expertise driven full stack and integrated user experience design and development company,” she added.
She also mentioned that in his previous role as Creative Chairman of Dentsu and Co-founder of Taproot Dentsu, Dias led the agency to ‘global recognition, ranking among the top 20 independent agencies worldwide.’
“As Spinach embarks on a renewed approach towards building digital products and services, his unparalleled expertise in the field of communication and customer experience, has already helped us forge new frontiers in user experience and deeper outcomes for our clients,” she said.
Notably, it was only a couple months back that the seven-years old Spinach Studios transformed into Spinach Experience Design and got its new logo and office, both.
