adidas has appointed Atish Negi as brand director in India. In his new role, Negi will oversee brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and consumer engagement across the Indian market, aiming to strengthen adidas’ presence and drive growth.
Negi shared the announcement on LinkedIn, marking the start of his tenure at the global sportswear brand.
Prior to joining adidas, Negi has accumulated extensive experience in brand and marketing roles across leading FMCG and consumer healthcare companies. He has been with Haleon as Category Head for the India Subcontinent Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements from December 2024 to October 2025 and held various marketing leadership positions at Haleon, including Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager for Sensodyne between February 2024 and November 2024.
Before that, he spent over nine years with GSK Consumer Healthcare India, progressing from Area Sales Manager roles across Delhi, Haryana, Himachal, and North East regions to Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager positions from 2013 to 2022.
Early in his career, Negi worked with Super-Max and SuperMax Group in business development and management associate roles across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia, where he led product launches, distribution expansion, and trade strategy execution.
