Acevector, the holding company of Snapdeal and Stellaro Brands, has appointed ZALORA Group’s former Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer and Country MD- Achint Setia as the new CEO of Snapdeal as Himanshu Chakrawarti transitions to the role of CEO at Stellaro Brands.
Before transitioning into the CEO role at Stellaro Brands, Chakrawarti had successfully led both Snapdeal and Stellaro Brands over the last three years. That said, in his new role at the company, he will focus exclusively on driving growth at Stellaro, leveraging more than thirty years of rich retail experience and an in-depth understanding of the business of building brands at leading companies such as Trent, Arvind and Landmark group among others.
Setia, who joins as Snapdeal’s new CEO, on the other hand brings nearly twenty years of diverse experience in building new businesses, marketing, strategy, M&A, and technology, spanning e-commerce, media, telecom, and government services. His previous stints include leadership roles at Myntra, Viacom18, McKinsey and Microsoft.
