The biggest lifestyle change that the year 2020 brought with it was the work from home culture. With the pandemic and the lockdown, people resorted to working from home for the majority of the year, making it the new normal. While many people struggled to keep up with the change, many welcomed it and became comfortable with wfh.

But now the lockdown has been lifted and the world economy is starting to climb back up gradually. This means that offices have also resumed and people are not sure how to feel about it.

However, the employees of Microsoft Office in Noida India might be looking forward to the workday more than ever now. The reason? Well, who wouldn’t want to go back to an office that looks like a luxury hotel?

Microsoft has recently, unveiled its new India Development Centre (IDC) facility in Delhi NCR – Noida which is inspired by the Taj Mahal. The company tweeted the launch video of the state-of-the-art workplace and it looks truly amazing.

The company says that the new R&D facility will serve as a “premier hub” for its engineers to design cutting-edge technology for its users globally and in India. What sets the space apart from regular corporate workspaces is the historical context it draws from. Bathed in ivory white and punctuated with jaali work (a Mughal architectural style of perforated stone or latticed screen), arches, and domed ceilings, the IDC Noida campus’ architectural reference points, inspired by one of the world’s biggest architectural wonders, the Taj Mahal, is hard to miss, Microsoft stated.
