Social media has become a very part of our lives, and brands have clearly understood this fact.

Last month, the whole nation witnessed a new kind of social media political war between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). And those who are interested in smartphone-tech may know how CEOs of top smartphone manufacturers indulged into ugly Twitter banters. Don’t forget the mass level of trolling of stars and witty replies by VIPs to trollers. It all happens in New India, Digital India.

But the most interesting thing about brands’ social media banters is it always has some element of humour in it. And then the mass level of trolling by masses makes it even more fun. Often the end result is people get something to talk about and brands deliver their message effectively.
