InterGlobe Aviation, the parent company of IndiGo, has appointed Kiran Thadimarri as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 28, 2026. The appointment follows the redesignation of Gaurav Negi, who has transitioned from CFO to Advisor to the Managing Director with effect from the close of business hours on July 27, 2026.
The changes were approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 27, 2026, and disclosed in a regulatory filing.
Prior to his elevation, Thadimarri served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. A Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience, he has held leadership roles spanning controllership, financial planning and analysis, business finance, treasury, capital raising, audit, taxation and investor relations.
Before joining IndiGo, Thadimarri held senior finance positions at InterGlobe Enterprises, Udaan, Genworks Health, where he served as Co-founder and CFO, and spent more than 13 years at General Electric.
Negi will continue with the company in his new capacity as Advisor to the Managing Director after serving as Chief Financial Officer.
