Christopher Baretto has been promoted to the position of Creative Director at Dentsu Creative Isobar. In his new role, he has been entrusted with leading creative strategy, overseeing campaign development, mentoring creative teams, and driving integrated brand solutions for clients across the agency’s portfolio.
Baretto has shared the update through a LinkedIn post, announcing his promotion to Creative Director at Dentsu Creative Isobar.
Prior to this promotion, Baretto has served as Associate Creative Director at Dentsu Creative Isobar from May 2024 to July 2026 before assuming his current role as Creative Director in July 2026. During his tenure at the agency, he has contributed to creative leadership and campaign development across multiple brands.
Before joining Dentsu Creative Isobar, Baretto has worked at 20Watts for over three years. He joined the agency as Senior Copywriter in March 2021 and served in the role until May 2024. In August 2022, he was elevated to Associate Creative Director, a position he held until May 2024, leading creative projects, pitching ideas, and managing teams while contributing to brand campaigns.
Earlier, Baretto has worked as Senior Copywriter at Amar Chitra Katha from June 2019 to February 2021. In this role, he created comic books for brands including The Future Group, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Haathi Mere Saathi, and Cartoon Network. He also handled content for Tinkle’s social media platforms and website while supervising advertisements published in National Geographic magazines.
From October 2018 to April 2019, he has worked as Junior Copywriter at ibs fulcro, where he created social media content and campaigns for brands such as Bajaj Electricals, HDFC Bank, SBI Cards, Morphy Richards, Anchor by Panasonic, and Pearson India.
Baretto has also briefly worked as a Freelance Writer at Insider.in between July 2018 and August 2018, where he reviewed stand-up comedy videos and specials. Earlier in his career, he has served as Comedy Producer and Writer at Brown Bread Collective from March 2017 to February 2018, organising comedy shows, producing events, and writing promotional and social media content.
