Cheil SWA Group has launched the Cheil Global Capability Center (GCC) under Experience Commerce to strengthen its global offshore delivery capabilities. The GCC has served as a dedicated offshore hub for technology, data, CRM and digital operations, bringing these capabilities under a unified framework to support global clients.
The company has said the GCC has focused on serving offshore clients, particularly enterprises across the US, Europe, the Middle East and APAC seeking technology, data and digital capabilities from India. The launch has marked the first milestone in Cheil SWA Group’s expansion strategy as it has scaled its global operations.
