Neeman’s has appointed former adidas India executive Anjali Sachdeva as Director of Buying and Merchandising to lead merchandise planning, sourcing and assortment strategy across channels.

Neeman’s Appoints Anjali Sachdeva As Director Of Buying & Merchandising

Neeman’s has appointed Anjali Sachdeva as Director of Buying and Merchandising. In her new role, she has taken charge of the company’s buying and merchandising functions across retail, online and B2B channels. She has been responsible for merchandise planning, assortment architecture, sourcing, inventory optimisation and strengthening collaboration across the supply chain.

Sachdeva has joined Neeman’s with more than 15 years of experience in buying, merchandising, category management, assortment planning and retail strategy. Most recently, she has served as Senior Manager – Buying and Merchandising at adidas India, where she has led buying and merchandising operations across the brand’s retail, franchise and e-commerce businesses.

Prior to this, she has held merchandising and category management roles at adidas India, Bata India and Koutons Retail India. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in assortment planning, sourcing, inventory management, category leadership and go-to-market execution across the footwear and retail sectors.

Commenting on the appointment, Taranjeet Singh Chhabra, Founder and CEO, Neeman’s, said, “As we continue to scale our retail presence and expand categories, strengthening our buying and merchandising capability is critical. Anjali brings extensive experience in assortment planning, category management, and consumer-centric merchandising. Her appointment reflects our commitment to building world-class capabilities that drive better product decisions, customer experience, and long-term growth.”
