Milan Modi has been promoted to Senior Director – Paid Media at PivotRoots, part of Havas Media Network India. In his new role, he has been overseeing digital media planning, execution, buying, and measurement, while driving digital growth for brands and managing integrated paid media strategies across platforms. He has also been working on scaling brand performance and delivering measurable outcomes through data-led digital initiatives.

Prior to this, he has held multiple roles at PivotRoots. He has served as Senior Director – Paid Media since April 2026 and earlier as Director – Paid Media from January 2025 to March 2026, where he spearheaded full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for brands such as Swiggy Foods, Kotak 811, Dlecta Cheese, Racold Geysers, Liebherr Refrigerators, Avaada Group, MSD, and PGIM India. He has managed annual digital media budgets exceeding ₹70 crore and led global digital growth mandates across LATAM, Asia, and MENA markets, delivering improvements in CTR and reductions in CPI through optimisation and audience segmentation.
Before joining PivotRoots, he has worked at Madison World for over five years and six months, holding roles including Deputy General Manager from April 2024 to January 2025, Business Director – Digital from April 2022 to March 2024, Account Director – Digital from December 2020 to April 2022, and Account Controller (Group Head) from August 2019 to December 2020. During this tenure, he has led digital marketing mandates for key accounts such as Pidilite Industries, Raymond, Bandhan Bank, Aapka Painter, Joy (RSH Global), Weikfield, and Balaji Wafers, managing both branding and performance campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
Earlier, he has worked as Business Manager – Digital Marketing (Paid Media) at Performics.Convonix from May 2017 to August 2019, where he handled digital media planning, campaign execution, and client growth strategies. He has also completed a summer internship at HSBC Commercial Banking from April 2016 to June 2016, gaining exposure to banking operations and client servicing. He began his professional journey at Fractal Analytics as an Analyst from August 2013 to May 2015, working on data analytics, pricing strategies, and business intelligence dashboards for global clients.
Alongside his corporate roles, he has contributed to academia and training. He has worked as a freelance teacher with Board Infinity from July 2019 to June 2024, and as a Visiting Faculty at IIDE – Indian Institute of Digital Education from November 2019 to April 2024. He has also been a Guest Speaker at Optron Academy from November 2019 to June 2023, focusing on training and mentoring in digital marketing.
