Affle, a global technology company driving AI-powered consumer intelligence and mobile advertising solutions, has appointed Nikhil Kumar as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer for India and Emerging Markets, as part of its ongoing leadership evolution aligned to its long-term Affle 3i vision and 10X growth plan.
As per the company, Affle has been strengthening its leadership structure to enhance execution agility, scale impact through its AI-led consumer platform stack, and expand its global presence. In this context, Kumar’s appointment reflects a strategic step in strengthening Affle’s leadership as it scales across India and Emerging Markets.
Kumar has been a key leader at Affle for over five years and most recently served as the Chief Growth Officer at mediasmart, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth across India and international markets. He brings nearly two decades of rich experience spanning FMCG, Retail, F&B, and Ad-Tech industries.
