Capillary Technologies, a global provider of AI powered customer loyalty and engagement solutions, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire customer engagement and loyalty firm SessionM from Mastercard.
According to the company, adding SessionM to its portfolio strengthens Capillary’s position in enterprise loyalty and creates a unified platform built to serve the needs of large and complex global brands.
Mastercard has identified Capillary Technologies, recognised as a Leader in The Forrester Wave, as the partner to support SessionM next phase of growth, marking a step in Capillary’s strategy to bring complementary loyalty technologies onto a single platform for global clients.
As part of the agreement, a specialised SessionM team will transition to Capillary to ensure continuity and retain key technical expertise, while SessionM global customer base, including Fortune 500 retailers, airlines, and CPG brands, will continue to receive the same level of support and service.
The company noted that the acquisition follows Capillary listing on the Indian stock exchange in November 2025, a milestone in its post IPO growth, and said the expanded footprint positions it to deliver greater value to enterprise clients by combining AI driven insights with a strong global loyalty platform.
Aneesh Reddy, founder and CEO of Capillary Technologies, said, “M&A has been a key growth strategy for Capillary over the years, and as a public company, we are delivering on that promise to our shareholders and the market, By bringing SessionM into our portfolio, we are not just expanding our footprint across the globe; we are further strengthening our loyalty capabilities to deliver one of the industry’s most comprehensive offerings. Our mission remains to provide enterprises across industries with specialized, AI-native loyalty technology solutions.”
