Merrill Pereyra has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, where he has taken on responsibility for leading the Australia and New Zealand business across performance, operations, franchise partnerships, and brand growth. In this role, he has been overseeing Domino’s largest markets in the region, focusing on long-term profitability, customer value, leadership development, and sustainable business expansion.
Pereyra has shared the update on LinkedIn, confirming that he has started his new role as Chief Executive Officer at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited.
Prior to this appointment, Pereyra has built an extensive leadership career across global quick service restaurant (QSR) brands and retail businesses. Since October 2024, he has been working as a Strategic Advisor – QSR & Multi-Unit Retail, Private Equity, Growth & Leadership Development, operating as a freelance consultant across the Asia-Pacific region. From September 2019 to September 2024, he has served as Managing Director – Pizza Hut at Yum! Brands in the New Delhi area. Earlier, between June 2016 and June 2019, he held the role of Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at QSR Brands (M) Holdings Sdn Bhd, leading strategic and operational performance across Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, and Brunei.
Between 2013 and 2016, he was Chief Executive Officer at Domino’s Pizza Indonesia. From 2011 to 2013, he has served as Managing Director at Healthy Habits – Australia and New Zealand, driving network expansion and franchise growth, and from 2010 to 2011, he has worked as a Business Expansion & Growth Specialist at Expand Your Brand across the Asia-Pacific region.
His career foundation has been built during a 23+ year tenure at McDonald’s Corporation, where he has held multiple leadership roles including Regional Manager for South East Asia, Assistant Vice President for the South Pacific, Operations Manager in Saudi Arabia, and earlier managerial roles in Australia, contributing to market entry, expansion, operations, franchise development, and leadership capability across diverse geographies.
