Leo India has promoted Neha Kapoor to Executive Vice President, where she has been entrusted with leading key client relationships, driving creative-business integration, and strengthening brand strategy mandates across the agency’s portfolio. She has been positioned to play a pivotal role in further scaling Leo Burnett’s growth and operational excellence.

She has built a career spanning more than two decades in advertising and brand engagement. At Leo Burnett, she has been associated for 7 years and 7 months, having served as Senior Vice President from October 2023 to December 2025, Vice President from May 2021 to October 2023, and Associate Vice President from June 2018 to May 2021, based in Gurgaon, Haryana. Before joining Leo Burnett, she worked with DDB Mudra Group as Director – Brand Engagements from September 2016 to May 2018 in Gurgaon.
Prior to that, she has spent four years at OgilvyOne Worldwide in Gurugram, where she has served as Account Director from October 2012 to September 2016 and as Management Supervisor for three months leading up to it. Earlier, she worked with McCann Erickson as Account Manager from April 2008 to March 2009, contributing to major brand launches and political campaign planning.
She started her career at ENZ Communication as an Account Executive from August 2004 to December 2005, gradually rising through roles that positioned her at the centre of brand management, 360-degree campaign execution, and major industry recognition including Ogilvy Heroes Award 2006 and Star Performer on Hutch.
