Scaler has appointed Nandita D as Associate Vice President (AVP) of Brand Marketing. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Scaler’s brand strategy, strengthening its positioning, and driving integrated marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the brand’s visibility and engagement across audiences.
She has shared the update on LinkedIn, expressing her excitement about the new role. In her post, she wrote, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as AVP Brand Marketing at Scaler! Prior to joining Scaler, Nandita has worked with Mobile Premier League (MPL) for over five years, where she has held multiple roles including Associate Director from April 2025 to November 2025, Senior Manager from July 2021 to June 2025, and Brand Manager from October 2020 till June 2021. During her time at MPL, she has led key initiatives such as the brand’s repositioning and identity revamp, end-to-end campaign launches, OTT media planning, and the highly successful #HarFanKiJersey campaign for Team India’s T20 jersey.
Before MPL, she has been associated with Zee Entertainment Enterprises from June 2016 to September 2020, where she worked in Brand Marketing and led integrated campaigns for flagship channels including Zee TV, Zing, and ZETC. Her notable achievements there include executing the TikTok #DanceKaJungistaan Challenge (which garnered 1 billion hashtag views in three days) and significantly boosting reach and engagement for marquee shows like Dance India Dance.
She began her career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from May 2011 till May 2013.
