Samir Sagar Joins TBWA\India As Senior Vice President

Samir Sagar has joined TBWA\India as Senior Vice President. In his new role, he has been responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading integrated marketing strategies across key accounts. His mandate includes overseeing brand development initiatives and enhancing the agency’s creative and strategic capabilities.

Sagar has updated his LinkedIn profile to reflect his new position at TBWA\India.

Prior to joining TBWA\India, Sagar has served as Business Head at Famous Innovations from October 2023 to January 2025. Before that, he had a long stint at MullenLowe Lintas Group for over seven years, beginning as Associate Vice President in November 2016, rising to Vice President in February 2020, and subsequently serving as Senior Vice President from July 2022 to October 2023.

Earlier in his career, Sagar worked at McCann Erickson as Brand Leader from July 2014 to October 2016, managing several high-profile accounts in the Mumbai region. He also spent a year at The Thinking Machine in Jakarta, Indonesia, as Brand Partner from June 2013 to May 2014, gaining international exposure in strategic marketing. Prior to that, he held multiple roles at McCann Erickson, including Project Manager and Senior Project Manager between 2008 and 2013, and began his advertising career as an Account Executive in June 2006.
