Deepika Padukone has become the new voice of Meta AI, marking a significant step for Indian representation in the global tech space. She has announced the collaboration through a video shared on Instagram, expressing her excitement about lending her voice to the virtual assistant.
The feature is now available across six countries- India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
“Okay, so this is pretty cool I think! I’m now part of Meta AI and you can chat with my voice in English across India, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Try it and let me know what you think!,” Padukone wrote in the caption, sharing the big news on Instagram.

The announcement has made Padukone one of the first Indian celebrities to lend her voice to an AI assistant, adding a familiar and approachable tone to Meta’s evolving digital ecosystem.
Meta AI, introduced by Meta to integrate generative AI into its platforms, features voices from several global personalities. Apart from Deepika Padukone, other notable voices include American celebrities such as Tom Brady, Paris Hilton, and Snoop Dogg, among others, each designed to give users a more engaging and personalized AI experience.
