Deepshikha Bhardwaj has joined Schbang as the National Lead- Media Strategy. In her new role, she has been responsible for driving integrated media strategies for Schbang’s top clients while unlocking new client relationships and partnerships.
Bhardwaj has shared the news of her appointment on LinkedIn, stating, “I’m here to bring the whole Schbang- integrated media strategy that connects creativity, data, and partnerships into one powerful story.”
Prior to this, she has worked at Wavemaker as Client Leader- Integrated from July 2022 to September 2025. Between October 2021 and June 2022, she was Director- Media Planning at Publicis Groupe. Earlier at Wavemaker, she was Business Director from October 2019 to September 2021 and Associate Business Director from October 2017 to October 2019, handling the HMD Mobiles–Nokia portfolio.
Before that, she spent over four years at Maxus in multiple roles, including Business Group Head from July 2015 to September 2017 and Business Manager from June 2013 to June 2015, managing key accounts like ShopClues, McCain Foods, Best Foods and Dabur.
From April 2012 to May 2013, she was Media Manager at Carat, working on brands like The Muthoot Group, Adidas, Luxottica and Borges Foods, having also served as Media Planner between February 2011 and April 2012.
She began her career with Dentsu Media as Senior Business Executive from January 2010 to January 2011.
