ITC has appointed Vinay Virwani as the new Head of Consumer Insights for its Personal Care division. In this role, he has been responsible for leading consumer research, strengthening insights-driven strategies, and contributing to business growth across ITC’s personal care portfolio.
Virwani has shared the update on his LinkedIn profile, reflecting his transition into the new role.
Prior to this, he has worked at Dabur India as Head of Consumer Insights from May 2021 to September 2025. Before that, he has spent close to four years at Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, serving as Consumer and Market Insights Manager, Global Category, Health between January 2018 and May 2021, and as PO1 CMI Manager, Developing Markets – Harpic from August 2017 to December 2017.
Earlier, he has had a long stint at SC Johnson, where he has taken up several roles including Lead, Marketing Commercialization (Group Product Manager) between August 2014 and July 2017, Group Product Manager from October 2013 to July 2014, Senior Brand Manager – Air Care between October 2011 and October 2013, and Brand Manager – Pest Control (Baygon) from October 2009 to October 2011.
Virwani started his career with TNS, where he has served as Senior Research Executive from 2004 to 2006.
