Monojit Banerjee joins as Chief Technology Officer. With experience at JP Morgan, Amazon, and Razorpay, he will lead the development of scalable, secure engineering platforms essential for SI’s ambitious product roadmap.
Supporting this, Sanket Sawkar, a 23-year SI veteran, has been appointed Chief Product & Innovation Officer to define the company’s product vision and innovation strategy.
Ravi Ranjan, an Agile delivery expert from Capgemini and Thoughtworks, has been brought on as Chief Delivery Officer to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
To strengthen people strategy, Himanshu Kapadia has been named Chief Human Resources Officer. With prior roles at Disney, HDFC, and DBS, he will focus on building a people-first culture that supports sustained growth.
