Deepali Naair has been appointed as the Global Head– Brand and Corporate Communications at Biocon Biologics Limited (BBL), effective immediately.
In her new role, Naair will lead the global brand and corporate communications function, responsible for defining and executing an integrated strategy encompassing brand positioning, digital presence, regulatory and statutory communications, financial and corporate reporting, media relations, and employer branding.
The company announced her appointment through an official post on its LinkedIn profile.
Naair has stepped down from her position as Group Chief Marketing Officer at CK Birla Group, where she served for nearly two and a half years.

Before that, she was Director– Digital Sales, India at IBM from May 2020 to January 2023. She also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Mahindra Holidays from 2015 to 2018 and served as CMO at L&T Financial Services between 2012 and 2015. Earlier in her career, she held various marketing roles at HSBC, Tata Motors, and BPL Mobile.
