Mahindra Group Elevates Kedar Apte To SVP & Head Of Charging Infrastructure (Auto & Farm Sector)

Mahindra Group has promoted Kedar Apte to Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head Of Charging Infrastructure (Auto and Farm Sector). Before this, he served the role of Chief of International Operations- Farm Equipment Sector and Two Wheeler business at the company.

Mahindra Group Elevates Kedar Apte To SVP & Head Of Charging Infrastructure (Auto & Farm Sector)

Mahindra Group has elevated Kedar Apte to Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head Of Charging Infrastructure (Auto and Farm Sector).

He joined the automobile company in April 2023 as Chief of International Operations- Farm Equipment Sector and Two Wheeler business.

Previously, Apte was the Chief Marketing Officer at Jio-bp (the Joint Venture between Reliance and bp for mobility in India) from August 2020 to April 2023.

Earlier on, he was associated with Castrol for nine years. He joined the company in October 2011 as General Manager- Motorcycle Oils Category. After this, he was elevated to Deputy Marketing Head in December 2013 and as Vice President (VP) Marketing- Castrol India in September 2016.

Later, in April 2020, he also took the additional responsibility as Sales Director- Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan at Castrol.

Prior to joining Castrol, for nearly a decade, he was associated with Hindustan Unilever. He joined the FMCG giant in December 2001 as Area Sales Manager. Later, from July 2005 to April 2009 he served as Marketing Manager- Popular Soaps Portfolio. After this, he was Regional Sales Manager from April 2009 to September 2011.
