2025 World Cup Glory: How Brands Honoured The Women In Blue’s Iconic Win

From heartfelt tributes to witty one-liners here’s how brands celebrated India’s World Cup-winning women in blue.

Cricket isn’t just a game in India it’s an emotion, a festival, and a celebration. This time, the crown went to the Queens in Blue. On November 2, 2025, at the Dr DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, that magic arrived. The Indian women’s cricket team defeated South Africa by 52 runs to lift their first-ever ICC Women’s World Cup title and suddenly, every street, screen, and social feed in the country turned into one giant celebration. From goosebumps to group hugs, from Let’s go, girls to Who runs the world? These girls, the nation couldn’t stop cheering.

And of course, where there’s celebration, brands aren’t far behind. The internet lit up faster than ever as India’s biggest names dropped their tributes with witty posts, clever campaigns, teary-eyed ads, and that signature desi brand drama we secretly love.

From food chains serving century-worthy combos to delivery apps dropping cheeky one-liners faster than express bowlers, creativity was on overdrive. Beverage giants popped open the joy of victory, while sportswear brands wore their pride louder than ever, each one finding its own way to say well played, women in blue. Some nailed it with pure emotion, others with meme-worthy brilliance but all had one thing in common: they wore their heart (and their hashtags) on their sleeves.

So, grab your virtual popcorn (and maybe a tissue or two), as we spotlight the brands that bowled us over with their tributes to India’s women in blue and see how the marketing world turned celebration into pure creativity.
