Job hunting platform Comparably has released a list of top 50 big companies across the world having highest average employee salaries after a research on 5 million+ employee reviews on its website. Comparably tracks working culture of about 10,000 companies currently and companies with over 500 employees were considered in this list having 50 plus reviews on the site between September 2017 to September 2018.

Below is the list of 10 best paying big companies in the world along with average salaries

1. Google: $161,409

World’s most popular search engine Google is on the top in terms of employees satisfaction and salary. Google knows the fact that staying on the top isn’t possible if the company doesn’t pays attention to what employees want.

2. Facebook: $156,455

Facebook pays highest median salary to the Product department and it is continuously working on changing the work culture all across the world.

A Facebook employee says in the review, “They do pay very well, including very generous benefit packages.”

3. Salesforce: $153,636

Salesforce provides cloud-based services for marketing and customer support. Employees are treated like a family in the company and transparency is kept to make all the employees feel confident about the company.

Chevron is an oil and energy company having headquarters in San Ramon, California. The company pays $164,767 median salary in the Business Development department. A review about the company on Comparably reads “Pay is more than fair, and they put away twice the amount that you do for your pension, plus annuities are crazy good.”
