Zuno General Insurance Renews Social Media Mandate With BC Web Wise

BC Web Wise played a key role in driving the brand transformation of Edelweiss General Insurance into Zuno. Leading the digital-first narrative, the agency launched Zuno’s first digital video commercial and executed the rebranding campaign across platforms.

Zuno General Insurance Renews Social Media Mandate With BC Web Wise

BC Web Wise has been awarded the social and digital mandate for Zuno General Insurance for the second consecutive year, reaffirming a strong, trust-based partnership that began in 2023. As the brand’s digital agency, BC Web Wise will continue to lead end-to-end digital strategy, creative communication, content innovation, and platform engagement for Zuno, a new-age digital first insurance  brand that is redefining how young Indians view insurance.

The association began during a pivotal brand transformation when Edelweiss General Insurance rebranded to Zuno. Tasked with manifesting the new identity,  BC Web Wise led the transition with a cohesive digital-first narrative, launching Zuno’s very first digital video commercial and driving the rebranding campaign across platforms. From defining a fresh brand identity to rolling out new-age campaigns, the agency played a key role in shaping Zuno’s digital voice and presence.

In 2023, BC Web Wise also conceptualised and executed Zuno’s flagship campaign, Zuno Driving Quotient, India’s first-of-its-kind driving behaviour challenge that rewarded safe driving via the app. The campaign resonated strongly with digital audiences and marked a significant step into usage-based insurance.

From social storytelling and employee engagement campaigns (including a shortlisted entry at the Abby Awards) to high-frequency content and strategic collaborations with digital creators and pages, the partnership has consistently delivered innovation backed by purpose.

With the renewed mandate, BC Web Wise will continue to drive  Zuno’s digital presence through strategic content, campaign innovation, app-led experiences, and real-time storytelling. The focus will remain on staying culturally relevant, digitally agile, and always aligned with Zuno’s brand promise to make insurance feel easy, breezy, and surely for the new generation.
