Earlier, he was associated with Pocket Aces as Show Runner and Creative Director, Dice Media, from February 2024 to November 2024. Before that, he served as Producer, Creative Director, and Screenwriter, at RSK Picturez, from November 2022 to January 2023.
Before that, Kaushal was associated with Neela Film Productions as Senior Creative Director, between June 2022 and August 2022.
In the past, he was also associated with ALTBalaji, Saregama India, Zee Entertainment Enterprises and Sony Pictures Networks India.
