Wondrlab’s WebTalk Bolsters Creative Division By Onboarding Martin Winther As CCO

WebTalk, one of Poland’s prominent digital marketing agencies which runs under the umbrella of India’s Wondrlab Network, has appointed Martin Winther as its new Chief Creative Officer.

Starting November 2024, Winther will be responsible for leading the agency’s 20-plus member creative team, advancing WebTalk’s mission to deliver innovative and effective digital campaigns for clients across sectors.

Supporting WebTalk’s growth and strengthening its position in the market, he will also drive creative strategy and oversee campaign development in his new role at the agency as he succeeds Przemek Puchalski, who served as WebTalk’s Creative and Strategy Director and was a part of the agency for 10 years.

This appointment follows the legacy of another industry icon, Jarek Ziębiński, who became Chairman of the Supervisory Board at WebTalk late last year.

Coming with over 25 years of experience in crafting and leading communication campaigns in Poland and internationally, Winther’s creative acumen has been honed at leading agencies, including Leo Burnett, Change Integrated, Saatchi & Saatchi, and 180heartbeats + JvM Limmat, TBWA Switzerland, V-Zug, Geberit, and Porsche.

Over the span of his career, he has garnered for himself more than 200 awards, including 27 Cannes Lions and was inducted into the KTR Hall of Fame.

Sharing his enthusiasm on joining WebTalk, Winther, said, “What drew me to WebTalk was the passion and energy I felt within the team, as well as the vision for growth that I deeply believe in. I’m confident that together we’ll create many inspiring and effective campaigns for both our existing and future clients. If we can achieve even a fraction of our ambitious goals, we’ll undoubtedly take the agency to the next level. My personal ambition is to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.”

Commenting on the development, Michał Dunin, Founder and CEO, WebTalk, said, “Joining the fast-growing Wondrlab Group’s international network has set ambitious goals for us. At WebTalk, we believe in both business and creative growth, which makes investing in our creative department a natural step. Martin’s talent is a tremendous addition to our team. Together with the generative AI expertise we are developing, it will enable us to elevate the art of impactful and innovative advertising. His ability to merge bold ideas with flawless execution is precisely what WebTalk needs and directly addresses our clients’ expectations.”

“I’m thrilled that our paths have crossed again after so many years. I still remember how we worked together to win the first Cannes Lions for Polish advertising. Now, Martin returns to Poland to join our team. Welcome aboard WebTalk and Wondrlab. I wish Martin a wealth of brilliant ideas and endless success,” said Jarek Ziębiński, Chairman of Wondrlab Europe.
