Volkswagen India has appointed Bishwajeet Samal as its new Head of Marketing, he announced via LinkedIn. With over 20 years of experience in brand management and marketing, Samal brings a wealth of expertise to the role, where he will lead both the marketing and public relations strategies for the brand in India.
In addition to this role, he has been appointed as Head of Public Relations as well.
Before his new appointment, Samal held the position of Global Lead for Campaigns and Media Management at Volkswagen.
His career includes notable stints at leading organizations such as Tata Teleservices, FCB Interface, and Star India.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the new role, Samal shared his excitement on LinkedIn, emphasising his focus on strengthening Volkswagen’s marketing strategies, public relations efforts, and media communications to further elevate the brand’s presence in the competitive Indian market.
