VIP Industries has appointed Atul Jain as Additional Director (Managing Director) for a term of five consecutive years, effective September 23, 2025, as Neetu Kashiramka resigns from the Managing Director position. She will continue to be associated with the company until October 31, 2025.
According to Regulatory Filling, Atul Jain has extensive experience in the consumer durables and home electricals sector. He was Senior Director at Samsung Electronics’ global headquarters in South Korea, where he helped transform retail businesses across multiple countries and played a key role in growing Samsung Electronics’ 15,000 crore Consumer Durables business through AI-like business digitisation and change management, improving both topline and EBITDA faster than the industry.
In his career, Jain has also led Aptech Ltd. briefly and held multiple sales and marketing roles at Coca-Cola, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, and Bharti Airtel, contributing to business growth and brand building.
The company has also appointed seasoned promoter Dilip Piramal as Chairman Emeritus, effective September 23, 2025, on an honorary lifetime basis. Piramal will not receive any compensation and will not hold a seat on the Board of Directors.
