1 Next-gen Hyundai Grand i10
The mid-size hatchback space is going to see a tough competition with the launch of the Renault Triber. To cope up with it, Hyundai will launch the new generation the Grand i10 on 20 August.

2 Kia Seltos
Scheduled for launch on August 22, the Seltos will mark the first steps for Kia in India. It has received a positive response within just a day of the commencement of its bookings.

3 Tata Altroz
The premium hatchback space will change with the Tata Altroz that is bound to debut in August. The Altroz will pack a 1.2-liter petrol engine in both turbocharged and naturally aspirated avatars along with a 1.5-liter diesel. These engines are already serving duty in the Nexon and Tiago.

4 Renault Triber
The Renault Triber aims to play the modularity card like no other car in its price bracket before. It will be packing cabin versatility (60:40, 50:50 split and more) in aces and topping it off with some segment-first features like a refrigerator and dedicated AC vents even for the third row.

5 Hyundai Elantra Facelift
The Elantra facelift that has been on sale in international markets for quite some time will surface here by the festive season. It gets radical updates on the outside, subtle changes on the inside and no difference in the petrol engine.

6 Maruti S-Presso
Based on Maruti’s Future-S concept, the S-Presso is likely to be launched in the festive season. It will stack up between the Alto and the WagonR and feature a crossover-ish design similar to the Renault Kwid.

7 Renault Kwid Facelift
The Kwid has been in the market for more than four years and due for a facelift and that is exactly what Renault plans to do this festive season. With the competition bound to intensify with the launch of the new Maruti S-Presso, the Kwid facelift will feature exterior updates similar to its electric sibling, the City K-ZE.

8 Honda HR-V
Honda thinks it can enter the mid-size SUV party late and still turn heads with the HR-V. The urban looking SUV has been spied testing multiple times in India over the past few months and is expected to debut by the year-end.

9 Tata Harrier 7-seater
The extended version of the Tata Harrier should be here by the end of this year with a price premium of around Rs 1 lakh over the latter. It’s going to be based on the same OMEGA ARC platform but will be longer and taller than the Harrier by 63mm and 80mm but the wheelbase remains the same.

10 Nissan Leaf
After making a mark all around the world, the Nissan Leaf is on its way to the Indian showrooms in the next few months. It packs a 40kWh lithium-ion battery pack that claims to have a range of around 400km (according to Japanese JC08 test cycle) and a good deal of equipment including an e-pedal that lets you accelerate and decelerate through a single pedal.
