The founder and chairman of HCL Technologies, Shiv Nadar is currently the richest tech billionaire in India with a net worth of $14.4 billion.
2. Azim Premji – $7.2 billion
Known for his philanthropy activities, Azim Premji dropped out of Stanford at the age of 21 to take over Wipro after his father’s death. With his hard work and dedication, Premji turned the company into the software conglomerate.
3. NR Narayana Murthy — $2.47 billion
Infosys co-founder NR Narayana Murthy has a net worth of $2.47 billion. Popularly known as ‘the father of the Indian IT sector’, he has certainly brought an IT revolution in the country.
4. Senapathy Gopalakrishnan – $2.36 billion
Currently the chairman of Axilor Ventures, Senapathy Gopalakrishnan is also the former executive vice-chairman and one of the seven founders of Infosys.

8. Nandan Nilekani – $1.81 billion
Nandan Nilekani is known as the architect of India’s Aadhaar identification system. He is the 8th richest tech billionaire in India and is the chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDA)
9. K Dinesh – $1.61 billion
One of the co-founders of Infosys, Dinesh stepped down from the company in 2011 and has since devoted his money and time towards philanthropic efforts.
10. Bhavin and Divyank Turakhia – $1.54 billion
The Turakhia brothers, Bhavin and Divyank have a net worth of $1.54 billion each. Bhavin has co-founded a number of tech companies including Ringo, Flock, Zeta and CodeChef.
