1. Isha Ambani and Anand Pirama
Cost – $15 Million
Isha Ambani, the only daughter of the richest man of India, Mukesh Ambani tied the knot with his childhood friend Anand Piramal. With guests like Hilary Clinton and Henry Travis, and star performers like Beyonce the wedding planning estimated the expense at about $100 million, while a person close to the family said the amount is not more than $15 million.

2. Sushanto Roy and Seemanto Roy
Cost- 552 crore
Subrato Roy, the chairman of Sahara India Pariwar got his sons Sushanto and Seemanto wedded in a double wedding ceremony in Lucknow. The event was graced by celebrities like Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Kapil Dev and others.
3. Brahmani and Rajeev Reddy
Cost- 550 crore
Mining baron, Janardhan Reddy’s only daughter Brahmani got married to the Hyderabad based businessman Vikram Deva Reddy in wedding costing around 550 crores. With country facing the critical situation like demonetisation this wedding was left totally unaffected.

5. Vanisha Mittal and Amit Bhatia
Cost – 350 crore
Vanisha Mittal, daughter of Lakshmi Mittal tied the knot with Amit Bhatia in the 6 day wedding ceremony in Paris. With star performers like Kylie Minogue and Shahrukh Khan the wedding was everything magnificent.
6. Lalit Tanwar and Yogita Jaunapuria
Cost- 250 crore
Lalit Tanwar, son of Congress minister Kanwar Tanwar got married to Yogita Jaunapuriya in a 250 crore wedding. Lalit Tanwar was also gifted a Bell 249 helicopter by his in laws on the wedding. Well, nothing beats that.
