Bennett Coleman & Co (The Times of India) has appointed Anshul Gupta as Director – RMD (Results and Market Development).
In his new role, Gupta will be responsible for formulating a profitable circulation strategy for driving circulation and executing strategic initiatives for the distribution of products. In addition, he will be driving audience engagement and revenue in alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Before joining BCCL, Gupta was associated with Dabur India as Vice President and Head of Sales. In his last role, he was responsible for steering the company’s consumer care business, driving profitable top-line growth, and managing profit and loss accounts across personal care, beverage, and health care portfolios. Gupta had contributed to strategic initiatives focused on optimising sales channels, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market penetration.
In the past, he also worked with Perfetti Van Melli and Amul. Over the years, Gupta has demonstrated his expertise in driving sales strategies, channel management, sales automation, and revenue growth across diverse regions, including North, East, and Central India.
