Swiss Beauty Onboards Mamaearth’s Vidushi Goyal As Its New Chief Marketing Officer

After being associated with Mamaearth for a period of about five years, Vidushi Goyal has now joined Swiss Beauty in the capacity of Chief Marketing Officer. She will be responsible for spearheading the brand's growth by establishing a unique identity and building differentiation in the fast-paced beauty and personal care segment.

Swiss Beauty Onboards Mamaearth’s Vidushi Goyal As Its New Chief Marketing Officer

Indian beauty and cosmetics brand Swiss Beauty has onboarded Vidushi Goyal as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

As part of her CMO role, she, who was associated with Mamaearth as VP- Marketing for more than one year in the past, will lead the overall marketing strategy for all Swiss Beauty brands, including Swiss Beauty Craze and Swiss Beauty Select, along with its emerging categories and sub-brands.

Additionally, she will also spearhead the brand’s growth by establishing a unique identity and building differentiation in the fast-paced beauty and personal care segment which focusing on staying ahead of trends and implementing new-age marketing strategies within the company.

Prior to joining Swiss Beauty, Goyal was associated with Mamaearth for a period of close to five years, during which time she moved up the corporate ladder from being Senior brand Manager in September 2019 to GM- Marketing in April 2020, AVP- Marketing in April 2022, and VP- Marketing April 2023.

This development comes at a time when the brand has witnessed its CEO- Saahil Nayar and VP-Marketing Rumi Ambastha recently parted ways from the brand.

During her time at Mamaearth, she was responsible for leading the marketing efforts for the personal care and babycare portfolio of the brand and played a pivotal role in scaling Mamaearth from a 100 Crore ARR brand to over 1000 Crore one in just three years.

In addition, she also contributed to positioning Mamaearth as a purpose-led brand with the brand tagline “Goodness Inside” in 2019 onwards.

Before Mamaearth, Goyal served the role of Lead- Brand and Communication at d.Light from November 2018 to August 2019.

From December 2014 to November 2018, she worked with ShopClues, first as Manager- Marketing Communications for three-and-a-half years and was promoted as Senior Brand Manager in April 2018.

In the past, she also worked with DraftFCB as Senior Account Manager for two-and-a-half years starting June 2012.
