Running a successful business is not an easy task, especially in this competitive modern world where everyone is looking to take the other down for making a profit. Having loyal employees helps businesses to grow and a Surat-based Diamond trader knows how to satisfy them.

Just a month ago, we shared an article about this Gujarat based businessman gifting 3 of his company’s employees Mercedes worth crores of rupees who completed 25 years at the company. Like every year, he is back with a bang with some amazing gifts for employees working in his company.

This Diwali, he will give rewards to 1500 of his deserving employees and 600 of them will be receiving cars. 4 employees including one physically challenged employee have reached Delhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will be handing over the car keys to them.

Talking about this, Dholakia told a leading daily that out of the total 1500 qualified employees, 600 will be getting cars and 900 will be receiving fixed deposit certificates. Interestingly, this is the first time that Prime Minister Modi will be available to give gifts to the employees. PM will also address the employees through a video conference.

Savji also revealed that the company will be laying off Rs 50 crores for the honour of employees under the loyalty programme.

The Diamond merchant from Gujarat has a history of giving surprising rewards to his employees. Earlier in 2017 on the occasion of New Year, he gifted 1200 units of Datsun redi-GO to his employees. In 2016, he gave a Diwali bonus worth Rs 51 crore to his employees.

Now that’s really crazy. Isn’t it?
