Sriram Iyer has joined PepsiCo India as Brand Marketing Director, where he has been tasked with leading Quaker and Whitespace Innovations across the foods portfolio. He has been overseeing brand strategy, product innovation, and portfolio growth, aiming to strengthen PepsiCo’s footprint in the Indian foods market.
He has shared the news on LinkedIn, stating, “Thrilled to share that I’m starting a new position as Brand Marketing Director at PepsiCo! I’ll be leading Quaker and Whitespace Innovations across the foods portfolio – which means a super exciting opportunity to create tons of smiles :)”
Prior to this, Iyer has held multiple senior roles across renowned FMCG companies. He served as Senior General Manager, Brand at Mahindra Group from August 2024 to September 2025, leading the Group Corporate Brand.
From December 2021 to July 2024, he was Category Head, Baby and Child Care at Kimberly-Clark India, managing the Huggies brand portfolio. At Mondelēz International, he worked as Category Manager for Oreo from March 2021 to November 2021, and for BournVita biscuits and Cadbury ChocoBakes from June 2019 to March 2021.
Earlier, he was Senior Brand Manager and then Brand Manager for BournVita biscuits and Nestlé brands from July 2011 to February 2018.
Sriram began his career as an Area Sales Manager with Nestlé from August 2009 to June 2011, covering rural and urban markets in Andhra Pradesh and Mumbai.
