Shashishekhar Mukherjee has joined Dabur India Limited as General Manager – Digital Marketing & D2C. He will lead the company’s data-driven marketing and direct-to-consumer strategy.
He announced his new role via LinkedIn.
He is also a Board Advisor at the India Influencer Governing Council since February 2025 and a member of MMA APAC Retail Media Network since October 2024.
Mukherjee spent over nine years at Reckitt as Head of Digital Marketing from April 2016 to August 2025, managing digital strategy, media, analytics, and B2C e-commerce.

Before this , he worked at GSK as Digital Lead – Wellness & Oral Care from September 2015 to February 2016, overseeing brands like Sensodyne, ENO, and Iodex.
He also held senior digital roles at Mindshare from January 2015 to August 2015 as Partner – Digital, and from March 2013 to December 2014 as Senior Director – Digital, heading digital strategy for the PepsiCo portfolio.
At GroupM, he was Digital Strategist from January 2012 to December 2012 and Creative Business Manager at Quasar Media | GroupM from December 2010 to January 2012.
Earlier, he worked as Brand Partner at Rediffusion Y&R from July to November 2010, and as Digital Account Manager at Publicis Groupe from April 2008 to June 2010.
Mukherjee began his career in marketing and communications at Progressive Infotech as Assistant Manager – Marketing Communications from August 2006 to April 2008, and started at Adeptia India as Executive – Business Development from January to August 2006.
