Dhwani Shah, previously associated with Schbang as Head of Media, has now joined Symmetrics– as Managing Director.
She took to LinkedIn and wrote, “After spending more than a decade working across Big 4 firms, I gained deep exposure to structured problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-led decision-making. But what stayed with me most was the belief that real growth comes from taking bold leaps – and that’s exactly what I did when I founded Symmetrics.”
“Starting Symmetrics Digital wasn’t just a career move — it was a mindset shift. After years of working on large-scale projects, I wanted to bring the same strategic discipline I’d seen in large corporations to fast-growing brands and founders. The kind of brands that are growing fast, experimenting boldly, and looking for real results — not just marketing noise,” she added.
Shah was associated with Schbang from May 2024 to May 2025. Before that, she served as Associate Business Director at Interactive Avenues, from June 2022 to September 2023.
Between August 2021 and July 2022, Shah served as Associate Director- Performance Marketing (Volkswagen | HSBC). Prior to that, she was associated with theAsianparent as Performance Marketing Head- APAC, from September 2019 to August 2021.
Before that, she worked with Ethinos Digital Marketing as Senior Manager – Digital Marketing, from August 2018 to December 2018.
In the past, she was also associated with Performics India and Iksula.
