Monks, the global, purely digital, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, has appointed Sonali Khanna as India Head Business and Integration, effective immediately.
As India Head Business and Integration, Khanna will lead business solutions, big-idea thinking, and integration strategy. She will work closely with Ketan Desai, Managing Director of Monks India, to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and scale Monks’ integrated digital marketing offerings. Her role is to unify Monks’ capabilities across data, creative, media, and technology to help brands find new opportunities and deliver measurable business results in India’s fast-evolving digital market.
Khanna brings over 25 years of experience driving transformation across industries. Most recently, she was President and Branch Head at Lowe Lintas South. She has held senior leadership roles at MullenLowe Lintas Group India and Grey Worldwide, consistently delivering strong business results.
Her expertise spans key growth sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, luxury retail, telecom, and digital-native brands. She has led brand transformation efforts for clients like Britannia, Tanishq, Zoya, Fastrack, Unilever, Flipkart, Swiggy, Unacademy, CultFit, MRF, TVS, ITC Dairy, Paper Boat, Reliance Trends, GSK, Dabur, and Nestlé, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes across both traditional and digital-first enterprises.
Khanna’s appointment strengthens Monks’ leadership in India and supports its positioning as an end-to-end digital transformation partner.
