Publicis Media India, part of Publicis Groupe India, has appointed Ravi Bhaya as Chief Client Officer. Based in Mumbai, he has been reporting to Lalatendu Das, CEO, Publicis Media South Asia.
In his new role, Bhaya has been tasked with leading the client transformation agenda across agency brands Starcom, Zenith, and Performics. He has been mandated to strengthen partnerships, scale data-led and AI-powered solutions, and deliver integrated offerings for clients in India.
Bhaya has brought with him over two decades of experience in media and digital transformation across India, Germany, South Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and North America. He has worked across client leadership, growth strategy, and market development with a focus on data-driven and performance-led marketing.
He has returned to Publicis Groupe after holding leadership roles in South Africa, Indonesia, and Vietnam, where he has led transformation mandates for brands such as P&G, Samsung, Coca-Cola, BMW, and Mondelez. Most recently, he has co-founded RSquared Global Ventures (R2GV), advising MarTech, AdTech, Data, and Commerce startups, while also working with venture capital firms on growth opportunities in emerging technologies. Before that, he has served as Managing Director – Global Growth at Munich-based Serviceplan Group.
