After almost two years of association, Ramyakh Jain has moved on from his role of Creative Strategist at CRED.
In this role, he was responsible for both of CRED’s product marketing and brand marketing and hence he worked on the Go To Market-ing of CRED Garage, CRED Money, and CRED Escapes.
He took to LinkedIn to announce his departure from CRED and mentioned, “From starting here without knowing what a GTM is, to executing one for CRED Garage, CRED Money and others, the last 20 months taught me an insane number of things like what is toma, etu, mtu, stfu, dau, mau, bhau bhau and so on. Biggest bonus were the non-work related things I learnt just because I was always among THE most talented bunch of people.”
“Jokes apart, what a pleasure to have worked with the team that has changed how marketing and advertising is looked at in India. Forever grateful to have been a part of all what we worked on – from Orry giving hindi life lessons to making the internet believe that there is a Batmobile in our office! (And soo much more!),” he added.
Before joining the Kunal Shah-led company- CRED which doesn’t have a CMO role apparently, in January 2023, Jain was associated with Zomato for more than four years. He joined the Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company in June 2018 as Marketing Associate and was later, elevated to Associate Product Manager in October 2018.
Subsequently, he was promoted to what he likes to call- “some cool sounding designation” in December 2018, as part of which he spearheaded the social media team of the company.
Previously, he was Creator at Fake Ad Co from January 2018 to January 2021.
