Quint Digital has sold its YouTube Channel “Quint Hindi”, including perpetual content licensing and other identified assets in connection with said channel, to Shvaas Creations for an aggregated consideration of Rs 39,52,326.
In another regulatory filing, the company stated that Quint Digital has completed the acquisition of 77.5% stake, on a fully diluted basis, in Shvaas Creations. Therefore, Shvaas will become a subsidiary of the Company. Accordingly, the proposed transaction would fall under related party transactions.
The said transaction is being entered on an arm’s length basis.
Shvaas Creations was incorporated on December 17, 2024, by Vani Bisht and Shailesh Chaturvedi, founders of Shvaas. Shvaas proposes to launch an online digital platform under the brand name “Kisan India”.
