Publicis Groupe has promoted Divyesh Gurlani to Senior Vice President (SVP) and Business Head- APEX India.
He took to LinkedIn and wrote, “Over the past years as Vice President of Investment and Partnerships, I’ve had the privilege of driving APEX India’s growth trajectory, achieving a 40% CAGR through strategic business initiatives and product innovations. Working alongside talented teams, we’ve established key strategic partnerships that have strengthened our market position. This new role represents an exciting challenge, and I’m looking forward to next phase of growth and innovation. Before this, he joined Publicis Groupe in February 2021 as Head of Trading- APEX (Digital). In this role, he was heading the central trading team of digital media and programmatic media– APEX. In addition, he was working closely with the regional team to achieve a common agenda of global partnership, among other things. Subsequently, he was elevated to VP- Partnerships and Investments in April 2023.
Previously, he served as Partner- Digital Trading, client- Unilever, at Mindshare from March 2019 to February 2021. Earlier, he was Head-Programmatic and Media Buying- SVG Media at Dentsu International from April 2018 to March 2019.
Prior to this, from April 2012 to March 2018, he was associated with Madhouse as Director- Digital Trading and Delivery and his responsibilities included mobile marketing, revenue management, vendor negotiations, new product launches, and more.
From August 2011 to April 2012, Gurlani was Senior Team Lead- MarketPlace at Vserv AudiencePro. Before this, he served as Team Lead- Global Deployment at Glam Media (now Mode Media Corporation) for over a year.
In the past, he was also associated with ZEDO from January 2007 to April 2010 and handled the development of various web applications including coding, implementation, and basic system maintenance.
